May 2010 - suddenly, Ikeda, who had to that point lived his entire life in the spotlight, was never seen in public or on video again. For the next 13½ years, there were no more appearances from Ikeda, and the photos released by Soka Gakkai were stranger and more alarming as time went on. Take that last image in the panel, from September 2013 - just 3 years later. *Look* at it! The caption reads:

>The founder, Mr. Ikeda, visited the campus on September 11, and congratulated those present on the completion of the new Arts and Sciences Building.

*THERE'S NOBODY "PRESENT"!*

There's NOBODY being "congratulated"!

There *should* be people there - this is [clearly a group space](https://www.reddit.com/r/sgiwhistleblowers/comments/1fc9dfs/new_series_ikedas_all_alone_in_a_group_space/) and Ikeda is described meeting/addressing others, so where ARE they? Ikeda always loved being photographed with groups of students, after all - *dozens* of images showing that.

>Mr. and Mrs. Ikeda try out the fold-away desks in the newly completed 1000-capacity Discovery Hall in the Arts and Sciences Building. (September 2013)

Those newfangled "fold-away desks" seem to be the *least* of their worries!

Ikeda looks comatose. Nobody's home. The lights have all gone out. Even Nursie - I mean *Wifey* \- looks concerned at his decrepitude! He's got no muscle tone, no expression - frankly, he looks unconscious.

So Soka Gakkai had no choice but to start recycling Ikeda photos from happier, more functional times. At least later they started switching them up a bit, but at first, as you can see here, they reached for the same one over and over, only removing the date from the caption. That's dishonest - but what else have we come to expect from the Ikeda cult??

Soka Gakkai in Crisis: "Oh no! Ikeda Sensei is too unsightly to photograph! What are we going to do????? ᖇEᑕYᑕᒪE Oᒪᗪ ᑭᕼOTO!!!!
