AFA Photo Frames

I just realized that these are personalized framed photos- not just photos of dogs. In the past though, I have seen some personalized items that when I go to personalize them, sellers say the version I ordered is not available for personalization. Has anyone ordered one of these personalized frames or canvas prints?
