Which of the German AL Commanders would be good for heavy cruisers?

I enjoy German heavy cruisers like Seigfried, Prinz Eugen, Hipper, Graf Spee. So which commander would fit best? I'll also add that I do understand these ships don't have the exact same playstyles.
