Looking for a very specific Italian Beef place

While on our way to Pullman Historical Park, we decided to stop about 20 minutes away for food. We found this hole in the wall place that we cannot find online anywhere. Here is my description: Located on a corner of a busy road near a Cookies Dispensary. Across the street from the restaurant was a run down parking lot. The inside was divided into two sections. The customer side had floor to ceiling, wall to wall yellow and white menu posters that had pictures of every food item they offered. There were over 100 options. One included italian beef fries, something we had never seen before. Along the far wall, furthest from the door (only about 10 paces), was a small bullet proof glass window where orders were taken and served. The kitchen was located behind this wall. It looked cramped with stoves, fryers, and 3 employees. I hope someone can help me find this place. It had the best italian beef I ever had in my life! Thanks in advance!
