Does Australian Base Camp require permits?

Hello, after a lot of ups and downs, I have bought the olane tickets. And now i want to trek from pokhara to australian base camp.

My route is pokhara-kande-australian base camp-dhompus-phedi-pokhara

Now do I need permits? If yes, then how much nepali rupee is it?
