Fit check, still uncomfortable after wearing for days

SpoilerFit Check

Hello,

My measurements are as follows Loose under bust: 28.5 Snug Underbust:27.5 Tight underbust: 27 Sitting bust: 34 Leaning bust: 34.5 Lying bust: 33.5 uk size: 28E (Medium projection, wide root)

I ordered a freya spacer in a 30 band DDD and it was very uncomfortable, I posted and a user here told me it was too large in the band (riding up). I decided to try the Cari from panache in a 28e and I think it fits very very well (photos attached, ignore the injuries I fell off a bike last week!).

But it feels very very tight in the band. It is uncomfortable because of the tightness. It leaves significant red marks, and the straps have to be tight to keep from falling, which also causes irritation.

I have worn it three days in a row now and every time I want to take it off a couple hours in. The lace on the bottom of the band right under the cups is also very bothersome and when sitting, rubs on the roll of skin directly under it. I wish it didn’t have lace at all.

I want a bra in this style (won’t show under more open necklines) but that is comfortable and fits! So far the closest thing is a third love t shirt bra in a 32c and while the fit isn’t wonderful it is fairly comfortable. I just know it could be so much better and the cups are too small so it gives me a slight quad boob. The same bra in 32d is not close to fitting.

This style of bra also tends to extend into the armpit to avoid showing in the chest area but they often come too far into the armpit for me. The only one that hasn’t is a Victoria’s Secret bra that doesn’t fit very well but has straps that do gown past the armpit so there’s no cup in that area if that makes sense. I’m a bit picky with the way things feel and don’t like anything itchy or scratchy in the slightest. I can not wear wool or cashmere, even the fancy kinds, and tend to prefer bras with no lace because of this as well, but unfortunately bras in this style tend to not be made of comfortable materials.
