Delivery delays

I have booked Baleno Zeta CNG on September 15. Dealer has confirmed that they could arrange the car within a week but even today he could not give any solid update

He says that "we don't have the specific car which you asked so we have booked the car and it will be manufactured from Gujarat factory and delivered to Bangalore stockyard. As it is CNG vehicle, they make very less count per lot."

Does he make sense?

Anyone else has booked cng vehicle and waiting for it ?
