Looking for movies everyone should see in their life, ones I've liked recently are Inception and Interstellar

I'm on a mission to watch all the movies that are "must sees," and looking for suggestions. Some that I've seen recently are Inception, Interstellar, Forrest Gump, and Gone Girl, very different I know, but just some more really famous and significant movies.
