Washer shaking loud, smells a little burnt

We've had this washer for a few years. Samsung, front load, a couple months ago it started shaking really loud during any speed cycle, so a couple weeks ago I replaced the shocks and it got kind of quieter, but it didn't nearly fix it. It recently started smelling a little... burnt, and I can't imagine that's good, so I stopped the cycle. The smell was coming from the back and inside the drum, but it was pretty noticeable.

Tldr: front load washer drum shakes, replaced shocks, didn't fix it, start smelling burning from inside

Can I just replace something, or tighten it, et cetera? Or do I have no choice but to get a new one?
