Admission related to commerce student

I am currently in 11th Commerce with applied mathematics. After completing 12th, I plan to pursue a B.Sc. in CS / IT in India and complete one year of study here. My goal is to continue my studies in Germany after that. If I maintain a good GPA in my first year and achieve a strong TestAS score, will I be able admit into a German public university for Computer Science or IT?
