Got a small cyst removed, am I okay to go on a day trip after 24hrs?

On Thursday afternoon I got a small cyst removed from my thigh and was put under local anesthesia (was only asleep for maybe 15 minutes? procedure insanely fast).

I was told after 24hrs I could change my bandaging and shower and also that I had some stitching done. For context, I was told what was removed from me was the size of a seed… crazy how small things cause great pain.

My question is that I had planned to go on a little day trip with my friends, 2hr 30min drive to and back on Saturday. Should I be okay? Or should I take this time to rest? I haven’t seen the site yet and I have very minimum pain atm.

What would yall do?
