SN7100 or 990 pro?

I'm in the process of buying a MSI Vector 16 HX AI and the seller can put in a 2TB 990 pro for me for an additional 120 euros. I've read however that the SN7100 might be better due to it being cooler. If I want that one however I'll have to buy it for 120€ and install it myself. So basically the prices are the same, but the 990 pro would be installed for me. Is there really a danger of the 990 pro running too hot? I usually never play games longer than 1, maybe 2 hours in one go, but I do want to play AAA titles on it like Cyberpunk. The rest of the time I'll be working with 2 Arzopa screens connected to the laptop. Thoughts?
