Was Offered Gibbs and Ladd for CeeDee and Saquon

I feel like this is a bit of a bad trade, but with CD being a bit up in the air and the value of Gibbs i've been really thinking about it. Rest of the roster is:

Baker

Saquon Judkins KW Charbonnet Gainwell Sean Tucker

Egbuka Odunze Diggs JaMo CeeDee

Pitts Waller

Team is currently 2-2 and it's a 12 team Half PPR. Am I overthinking this and should decline?
