VGA light on MSI PRO B650-S solid on (no VGA dected)

Hi guys, I'm new to PCs. And today when I turned on my PC. My monitor HDMI and power was unplugged. I plugged it on and got a solid white VGA light on motherboard and a blackscreen with a flashing dash on the top left. I tried reinstalling the GPU, using 1 RAM stick and it still persists. Everything is spinning to life incl the GPU. Any suggestions?Will a BIOS update help? (Idk I'm new to PCs)

My system is: MSI PRO B650-S WIFI Ryzen 8400f Klevv 7300Mhz 16gb × 2 RX 6800xt 750W PSU
