Soups to Use Fresh Thyme

Hello everyone, I bought a bunch of thyme to make mushroom broth with and I still have basically a bunch left over. I was looking for suggestions/ recipes to use it up.

So far I have lentil soup and potato cauliflower soup. Any other suggestions/ recipes? TIA
