Regretting sex

Is regretting sex with significant other afterwards and feeling like you were a little pressured into it a good reason to break up with them? It was consensual we both said yes but it was our first time so of course it was nervous and he had asked a few times during kissing and cuddling and getting naked if I was ready to go all the way and after a few times I said yes but it felt a little pressured. We didn’t end up going all the way because it hurt and he stopped because I said no but I still feel ashamed because I said yes and wasn’t fully ready. We’ve been together 4 months now and I don’t know what to do now. Is this forgivable?
