Need help, I might be overthinking it

Hi! I just signed with a bpo on oct 2, and already done with workday and I have also send the details they need on the email. But until now no replies, I was told to send it immediately and I was just wondering why are they taking a long time to reply to my email. This is my first time in the bpo, so I was wondering it is like this and I have already send my # on viber and I was not addes to the gc still. Although to be fair the tentative start date is October 22. So guys tell me, am I just overthinking it?
