If you play a game in your own time and also stream it - how do you separate the 2 mentally?

I feel like I'm cheating on myself (i feel guilty?) by playing a game casualty after I streamed it (procegerly generated tragic game no 2 runs are the same)

I feel like I SHOULD be streaming it - not just playing it casually
