Diagnosis.. then they add another

Flare of DV going away finally, had my consult with the GI. Colonoscopy scheduled for November. She's asking me to increase fiber, and drink Ensure, I cant keep weight on right now, my stomach is still off I am still nauseous and really full feeling. She said its likely I have Ischemic Colitis as well, will confirm with the testing. Any insights?
