Is Scimitar of the Seven + Molduga Jaw (Molduga Hammer) the best overall weapon in the game, ie best for day-to-day combat?

I know the strongest weapons are Lynel killers with Royal Claymores, but other than those, the Molduga Hammer seems to be the best overall weapon due to the fact of its fuse abilities, it's one handed, and stacking with attack up food/elixirs and bone proficiency armor. From what I've read, the highest attack is 248.4 with this combination.

Scimitar of the Seven (28) + [Molduga Jawbone (32)] x fuse trait (*2)] = 92 listed damage

And then add the attack up level 3 and bone proficiency bonuses:

92 listed damage x attack up lv3 (*1.5) x bone proficiency (*1.8) = 248.4 actual damage

There is the pristine Zora Sword with +10 attack that someone mentioned that does have a higher attack, but the big caveat is you have to be wet, and that seem like a huge downside to me.

[Pristine Zora Sword (22) + Molduga Jawbone (32)] x water warrior weapon trait (*2) = 108 listed damage

And then add the attack up level 3 and bone proficiency bonuses:

108 listed damage x 1.5 attack up lv3 (*1.5) x bone proficiency (*1.8) = 291.6 actual damage

Are there any higher attack weapons in the game (that don't require to be damaged like the Lynel killers)? I was hoping the Colgera Jaw counted as a bone, but apparently it does not! So it seems to me Molduga Hammer is the best weapon in the game.
