Monstera help!!!

I feel like recently my Monstera has not been growing any new leaves and I’m worried especially because I’m noticing some crisping on the edges there has however been some development of its aerial roots and so I’m unsure if this is overwatering under watering or root rot.

I water it whenever the soil gets dry and right now the soil is pretty damp all the way down in the pot.

What should I do to further diagnose the issue/solve the issue?
