I keep smelling cigarette smoke

Hi, today I went to a wedding and I happened to sit next to a table of 4 in a cafe. They're smokers and smoked heavily, and I had to sit there for nearly an hour. And I encountered some other smokers in middle of the wedding.

I'm not a smoker, but I get used to the cigarettes smoke. But when I went home after the wedding, I could sense a faint smell of cigarettes inside my house, my room.

No one in my family smoke, I took a shower and washed my clothes, the smell is still there and I can sense it even more now (currently midnight) and it drives me nuts.

What is it? How do I get rid of it? Is it my nose acting up?
