Missing merch

I know there have been some issues with badges being sent out late. I got mine on Monday with the merch I ordered except 1 shirt. I really want the shirt I ordered so I emailed the address on the NYCC website. I did get a generic, we will try to respond within 24 hours but I haven't gotten a response. Does anybody know how else I can get this rectified?
