Should I Cover My Grays?

Hello, I am getting a lot of first interviews. I feel like the interviews are going well, most of them have even been going longer than the allotted time, which I always take as a good sign. But I am not getting many second or third interviews despite the vigorous head nodding I am seeing during the interview.

I am 51. I have brown hair with gray. Should I dye my hair brown to look younger?
