Recall gift card

Has anyone gotten their gift card from the recall? It's impossible to get an answer on when and where I'll get it. It's been approved for a month and a half but when I asked them they couldn't tell me if it'll be a physical card or email. I know they said 30+ day backlog but damn this sucks. I feel like I got robbed.
