I dreamed about a girl in a grey sweater or like a knitted sweater (no hood, but a zipper)

(I deeply apologize, I am not deeply fluent in English)
So basically, I don't really know how I remembered this dream. For some reason, it's unsettling every time I think about this scenario, or maybe it created a scenario where I don't trust my partner...It showed a bedroom, and I was holding a tablet and messages where buzzing non stop. Then I saw him sitting on his chair, typing on his phone. So I clicked on the messages popping up, then I saw this convo. There was this girl who was constantly messaging him about leaving me and sending pictures of herself, how she would treat him better. And then, in the next scene, in like cinema or something that has a lot of people lining up, she saw me and she smiled, then I saw him arrive, running towards her, then they talked and laughed, then she pointed at me and he looked his face turned disappointed, and they both walked away.I know it's short, but it's those parts I only remembered. Should I tell him about this, or should I leave it alone?
