Wazuh: 4.13 Hygiene and Vulnerability Scanner Not Populating

As the title says. I just setup and configured Wazuh 4.13 to test in the homelab before rolling out to production at work and have run into the above-referenced problem. I know in the past that Vulnerability Scanning required some "under-the-hood" configurations to get it going; is that the same case on a fresh install, too? How long does it usually take for the IT Hygiene and Vulnerability panes to get first populated?
