7 years ago I did a deadlift with a rounded back. I can do exercises to relieve the pain but if I turn or twist in any tiny and wrong way, the pain is instantly back, help?

Requesting Advice

Yes I've been to the doctors and they told me to get physiotherapy, which I have done multiple times.

It's most likely a herniated disc, if that helps

I can push everything back in to place, but if I make even the slightest wrong turn or bend it will 'crack' or feel like something moves and the pain is back instantly.
