First Offense Domestic Battery Class A Chicago, IL

Hello I’m wondering what’s going to happen. From my hearing in the cook jail the judge stated that I punched my ex in the face many times which didn’t occur. She only had a light scratch and 2 small bruises on her chest. She was the aggressor and I only wanted to get the remainder of my things from the apartment. I never wanted to interact with her and she’s the one that chased me through the back door and grabbed my backpack as I was trying to run back to my car. She started digging her nails into me and scratched me I only was trying to get her off of me by pushing her away. I never closed my fist. She also claimed that our child was present during the interaction but she was never there. I’ve been seeing my pretrial officer every week since my courts. My next court is about evidence and it’s the 3rd or 4th one already. I’m wondering what’ll happen I’m scared. I already have a lawyer helping me through everything but I just want to know if anyone had similar situations.
