Pip MR unsuccessful

Personal Independence Payment

Long story short, I applied for PIP in Feb 2024 and did the application myself online and provided information of my conditions and how it affected me as best as possible and provided some evidence such as medical summary/limited evidence as I did not know who to go to for help and was scared to ask for help. I ended up getting rejected as I only got 4 points for daily living and 0 points for mobility.

3 days ago, I got the decision for the MR and it was unchanged. I provided a lot of evidence for the MR such as doctor statements, medical reports, medical summarys and a letter showing that Im being reffered to phycologist urgently due to risk of self harm and suicide. With all of these evidence, it shows that I have had severe mental health issues and back pain issues for the past 6 to 7 years and in treatment for it. For example for mental health, Ive been to the gp/hospital for treatment since 2022 or 23 and only recently got given anti depressants as a last resort. With back pain, i was in treatment since 2021 but got stopped due to covid and now im on a waiting list for phsiyo again.

I provided a PIP MR form which was written in detail how my condition affects me and why i disagree with them for example, they say because I drive, I am fine when in reality, I stopped driving for a long time. Same for speaking, they said I am fine because I was able to speak during telephone assesment but I stuggle to talk and answer complex questions and end up having a panic attack. Like with gp appointments and other things, my mum always speaks on behalf of me and I just speak a bit like simple.

Could it be that because I never submitted any evidence during inital application and now getting new evidence from doctors recently and giving it in for MR and think that it is irrelevant for that time I applied (Feb 2024) even though my conditions was still relevant at time? Or could be that they couldn't be bothered to go through all of the evidence I provided and just be like whatever and reject it?

I do not know if I should take it to tribunal as I dont know if I will have a good chance of succeeding.

Could you guys advice me on what to do for tribunal and how should I answer questions and challenge them as I dont want to make mistakes.

Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.
