Dropped out to transfer to new Uni, got a verbal clearing offer

Hi, I’ve received an verbal clearing offer over the phone from the Uni of Lincoln Clearing hotline and they’ve told me once my current uni (BCU) confirms this they will release me back into clearing, I’m still waiting because it is pending over the weekend now, but apparently you can’t apply to a uni via UCAS at this point? And there is no application link on Lincolnshire website, how will I go about accepting their offer? I know i should be patient untill monday but with the clearing deadline closing in, i am abit anxious.

Also my SFE loan was approved but the uni still haven’t confirmed to SLC that i have enrolled, therefore they haven’t received payment yet. So how to do i go about transferring those appro funds to Lincoln instead?
