Black Witch series - worth to continue?

I’ve just finished Shadow Wand and am not very happy with the direction this series is taking. I’ve read some spoilers (I’m sorry, it’s just unreasonable to expect someone to read 5 books at 700 pages just to see the main character actually use some power!) and I don’t know if I want to continue the series. Is it worth it? Should I continue books 4 & 5? I’m team Lukas and read the spoilers on that storyline too.
