Haven’t had an interview offer in a while…

I applied to be a librarian aide and have been on the ranking list since august. I haven’t received a call or email from any schools in a few weeks (i usually get about 2 schools minimum in a week). Do any of you guys may know why? Im still on the ranking list but I’m assuming it’s probably because they are focusing on certified staff.
