Double Tap Brief Notification

Hello!

Before One UI 8 I had a feature enabled that would allow brief notifications to be double tapped to open instead of a single tap to avoid accidentally opening another app, but I cannot seem to remember where to enable this feature and the new version automatically disabled this. I believe it could have been a good lock feature...

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
