West End Noob Here - What Should I See First?

Hi all, I’m visiting London soon and it’ll be my first time at the West End. I want a show that’s memorable, whether it’s a classic or something newer, ideally with strong storytelling, great performances, or a “wow” factor that feels quintessentially London.

What would you recommend for a first-timer? Any tips on picking seats or avoiding tourist traps are welcome too. Thanks!
