[TOMT][TV Show] Short CGI series filler on Animax India (late 2000s)

I’m trying to remember the name of a short CGI animated series I saw on Animax India in the late 2000s. It wasn’t a full show, but instead aired as a 2–3 minute filler between anime episodes.

What I remember:

• The main character was a human, and I think he wore a hat.
• He interacted with aliens (slapstick/comedy situations).
• It was mostly silent or with minimal dialogue.
• At the end of almost every short, there was a musical segment where the characters danced.

I’ve searched around but haven’t found anything. Does anyone recognize this?
