Career advice

I began as an intern at a startup last September and was later offered a full-time position with a salary of \bm{\text{₹3.4 LPA}}, which I feel is very low. Despite being hired as a technical resource, I haven't been given the opportunity to write any production code; instead, I'm stuck in a project support role that doesn't align with my career goals. I feel this work is limiting my personal growth and is merely serving to assist others. My former architect even advised me to leave the company before he was laid off. With six months of experience on paper, I want to switch jobs and need advice on my next steps.
