What happens if my birth certificate is not registered on time?

Hi all, I submit my birth certificate in the BRP in summer and the deadline for the processing is next week. Can it happen that they don’t make in on time?

I have my naturalization appointment in 2 weeks and I can’t go without my birth certificate. The nearest appointment for the naturalization if I rebook is in March.

Did anyone face the same issue? Thank you in advance
