Raised Water Bowl (Not Food)

I know there is studies for not having raised feeders due to bloat, but wondering if the same would apply for water?

We always floor feed out big 60lbs husky lab mutt (he eats fast). But we are wanting to make a water bowl surrounded by succulents in a planet box (to catch the drops he always leaves everywhere). Dimensions would be 8”Hx16”Lx16”D.

Does raised water carry the same risks for bloat?
