Recommendations for Indoor Photo Shoot Location

I'm a boudoir photographer with a client who'd like to schedule a session for mid-November, but my new studio space isn't ready yet. So! I'm on the hunt for place we can use for a shoot. Most likely time is 10 am to 2 pm on a Thursday or a Saturday. Does anyone have a suggestion for a hotel, inn, or Airbnb (ideally on the southwest side of town, or even down toward Keystone/Hill City/Custer) that might be willing to offer a day rate? All the places I've contacted so far have either been "Sorry, no" or "No! <prudishly>"
