Reccomendations on Tattoo Artist: Japanese Ink Brush Style

I'm looking to get my first tattoo. I want to get Shrike on a Barren Branch by Miyamoto Musashi on my ribs/obliques.

I was hoping for reccomendations on artists that would be a good fit for this style. I'm based in Brooklyn, but I'm willing to go anywhere in the city.
