[PC][Early2000s] Game that starts with a nude/topless scene in the middle of sea

As said in the title, the game starts with a nude/topless scene of a woman who emerges from water in the middle of the sea and starts shaking her breasts in front of MC, there might have been indication that this intro was MC dreaming or something of the sort, i don't remember anything else because i didn't play the game after that intro, i don't remember its genre or anything, but i remember that i liked games like tomb raider so it might have been one of tomb raider games or something similar, or it could have been something else entirely. I am sure it wasn't a porn game or something perverted, it was some normal game that unexpectedly had a nude scene.
