need help for an audition!

I've read the FAQ & Rules

so my character is an office worker girl walking through the night alone, scared of whats following her in the shadows. some men ogle at her and shes very uncomfortable and scared and the pace increases as time goes on and the intensity of her fear also increases and at some point she falls to the ground and squirms in fear. shes frantically afraid and someone approaches her and she gets extremely startled and doesn’t trust that person but eventually takes a deep breath and decides to be brave.

now the director told me to bring a wow moment in my acting and surprise him with some kind of gesture or something just anything that makes my acting not predictable and makes it very dynamic. my mind is blank and the audition is tomorrow, how do you suggest i pull off the whole scared shtick DIFFERENTLY than what i would traditionally go for? any ideas on specific gestures or any action i can do to surprise and impress the director? how do i approach the whole thing? and how do i actually act getting scared well? please help.
