Recycling meat Clarkson and Clayton?

I recently moved into an apartment complex near Clarkson and Clayton that doesn’t offer recycling. Is there a place nearby where I can drop off my recycling for free? I don’t mind sorting and hauling it, but paying to have it recycled is where I draw the limit. Thanks for your time.
