Can a package that's in jp post office be given back to buyee warehouse?

I had this sitting in the storage until I shipped it out and jp post is the carrier, it's value over $100 and never left during this whole tarrif thing. Do I contact buyee or Jp post? And is there any possible way for them to return to the warehouse?
