Does change in weather affect litter use?

My cat usually use her litter once daily, but now it's over 24 hrs (hasn't gone over 48 hrs so far) these past few days. She hasn't been acting differently: still playful, accepts petting, loves food and does her usual scheduled stuff. I have seen her drink water from the bowl and I also regularly add broth to her meal. No weird smell in my house, so I don't think she's peeing elsewhere. The only change is that it's been colder in the house. I'm wondering if that can affect her needed to pee/poop somehow?
