so many ieps, such short notice

My September was relatively fine but October is on a different level !!! I had to take over part of someone else’s caseload on top of mine since they left & it’s like back to the drawing board (I do teletherapy). And all these IEPs that I didn’t know were happening soon, well r.i.p me </3
