SP gets cheaper again
BB is set to earn $0.14+ per share in F2026. As QNX is on track to enter a faster growth era I think F2027 earnings will be much higher. Analysts have started to move up their targets cautiously as they finally had difficult time to find anything obviously negative to attack on. QNX has the right products that the major growth industries required to meet security standard and remain high performance. It’s also a very sticky business for QNX because its customers are large industrial companies (not retail consumers) who will adapt for a long run. For many years since the mobile phone fallout era BB has never been in such a great business proposition: -TAM has a long term growth outlook; -QNX’s widely adapted leading products has a high margin revenues and solid moat; -Both top and bottom lines are on track for a long term growth, real positive earnings growth; -Macro economic resilience; -“Low hanging fruits” are widely available as the TAM just entering the fast growth period in the cycle;
BB’s story has not been well told on the Wall Street yet. The market has not been a “friend” of BB as well. IMO, whether it’s traded at $3 or $6, it doesn’t matter because it’s way undervalued. I believe in one thing that is as long as BB can continue its positive momentum in business growth and financial stability it’s proper value will be appreciated. Can’t tell who will be the one to move the price but some big players will look at BB seriously. And by that time BB’s price will move to the next level. I’m waiting for that one major news in due time…
