What caught you off guard on the NCLEX?

Hey nurses & soon-to-be nurses! 👋 For those of you who’ve already taken the NCLEX — what was the most unexpected part of the experience? Was it… The format or difficulty of the questions? How quickly (or slowly) time went by? The moment the test shut off? A topic you thought would show up but didn’t? Or something no one mentioned beforehand?
