[BCEN] Spin on Uber or Superfest?

I have 20+ tickets and 4k catfood and a 750 starter spin rn. I heard theres another starter reset around Superfest on Oct 10th. Should I spin now to use my starter spin or just wait. ORRRR can I stack my starter spins, and spin Superfest with two starter spins?
